Flatrate means that there is only a fixed repair price. This price applies exclusively to the new eXact instrument, which is camera-based. As part of the repair, the instrument will also be re-certified, but it does not include an A2LA/ISO 17025 certification.

Important: If A2LA/ISO 17025 certification is desired, it must be purchased separately when ordering the product.
