• Scotch Packaging Tape 371 is used to seal a wide range of corrugated cardboard boxes and other cardboard materials. The polypropylene backing material resists moisture, wear, chemicals, and scuff marks, ensuring it remains intact throughout the shipping process. It easily conforms around edges and rough surfaces to provide a lasting adhesion. This tape is suitable for use on regular slotted cartons (RSC) weighing up to 70 kg. Scotch® 371 packaging tape features a backing material of biaxially oriented polypropylene with pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive and has good edge tear and crack resistance. It meets the environmental requirements of ASTM D1974-92. The rubber adhesive adheres quickly to a variety of materials, including fiberboard. The tape withstands wear, moisture, and scuff marks. The PP backing material conforms around edges and rough areas for a secure closure. It resists edge tear and does not split.
